inefficient cooling small room
the beautiful room sea view was smaller than i expected i had difficulty placing my luggage the air conditioning vent was only at the entrance to the room so the room was not cooled efficiently i found these issues frustrating

convenient location sandy beach easy airport access
The location was super convenient with the harbor side nearby. i enjoyed the short walk to the sandy beach. It was only a minute around the corner. the taxi rank right by the hotel made getting to the airport easy and quick!
the noise from the busy road was an issue. heavy trucks started early, around 4:30 am and it continued all day.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast had fresh options presented nicely
The room was small I also found the location inconvenient It was far from restaurants and shops , made exploring difficult and I expected better amenities for the price I paid. The service was not great

fantastic service, amazing location
lovely staff great location close airport
the staff was lovely and helpful with many things. i especially want to mention ana who gave us some recommendations about places to visit. the hotel is in a great location. a taxi rank is right by the hotel it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to the airport.
the rooms are now very noisy from around 4am. there is a lot of port traffic's cargo and passengers at this time. parking is very limited on site it was difficult

breakfast had a fantastic array with a great choice of cooked options. mediterranean breakfast items were laid out beautifully each morning. the location is perfect for visiting the old town plus the ferry to formentera is easily accessible.

the staff were always friendly with every request addressed promptly. special mention to manu at the sky bar who was very attentive. i also appreciate visela and laura at breakfast they looked after us really well .

heavy cargo trucks limited selection
The staff was very friendly and the room had a great view.
The noise was a real issue. Heavy cargo trucks passed under the balcony early each morning because the hotel is next to the port so i woke up at 4 am. I also wished they offered fresh vegetables at breakfast as the selection felt limited. Getting a coffee took a really long time too so i felt rather annoyed.

perfect stay!
convenient location helpful staff immaculate suite
the location was super convenient, with easy access to the ferry and talamanca beach! pacha and ushuaia were also easily reachable, and the vinyl room was a nice surprise. i enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff and the immaculate suite. breakfasts were fantastic, awesome for very lazy mornings!
the rooms can get a little noisy early in the morning because of port traffic, which might be a problem during the summer.
